Do you know how to “follow” members?

In one of the articles written by a Medium member, there was a statement that one could follow 125 members daily.
How would I know when I had followed 125 members?
This morning, I learned where to go and what to do, and Medium alerted me when I clicked “follow” on 125 members!
If you select the subtitle above, you can click the green follow button for Medium members. Once you get to 125, Medium will no longer allow you to follow another member.
And, perhaps those you follow will be kind and follow you back!
