Why You May Need Life360 or One Of The Other Family Tracking Apps
If your GPS won’t work in the hinterland!
Do you ever take the “road less traveled?”
And end up in an area where your GPS doesn’t work?
I love to take off on country roads and end up “somewhere.”
This week, leaving the Mississippi Gulf Coast headed toward my home, I decided to take a paved road, through the country, and bypass Interstate travel.
I thought I had turned onto a road that I knew.
Soon, I began to realize that we (my Iowa friend and I) were in the middle of nowhere. But it wasn’t GPS time, just yet! This was “exploring” time. We’d get there!
We drove and drove and nothing familiar was appearing.
Suddenly, the road we were traveling came to a dead end, and I had no idea which way to turn.
Now, it was GPS time. Except that neither of our GPS units would work. It didn’t even say, “sorry, you’re lost!”
I did have a phone connection and thankfully, I have a granddaughter who wants to know where I am and tracks me on Life360.
I called my granddaughter, Olivia, and said, “I need your help!”
